I want to thank our clients that were able to attend my presentation on Income generating ideas and those who attended our booth at the Senior’s Expo held in Truro October 1st. It was great to see all of you, and I wish we had more time to talk! The winner of the draw we had for a steel barbecue set was Paul Penney. Congratulations Paul!October 1st was a good day to be out of the office, as the market dropped quite a bit, and is down again today at time of writing. I am starting to feel like a broken record, but I will not be surprised if this is not a sign that the market wants to take a rest on its’ climb back up from the depths last March. A large part of the rally we have seen is a recovery from the panic when our credit markets and the ability of companies to borrow was frozen. Now the part of the correction from a weak economy will have to be dealt with – and this will not be as easy, or as swift. But it will happen… |
